Dhe Caffarel company was founded in Turin in 1826. Since then, the company has been a manufacturer of high-quality chocolate products, mostly in combination with hazelnuts from the region. Caffarel develops the recipes for the pralines itself, using selected ingredients. The company sources its cocoa exclusively from Ecuador and Ghana.
