Beim Würzen von Speisen reicht aufgrund des sehr intensiven Geschmacks oft schon eine sehr kleine Menge, um herzhafte und auch süße Speisen damit zu veredeln.
Unsere Lieferanten werden periodisch von der DQS mit dem Hauptsitz in
Frankfurt am Main auditiert und können bei der Erzeugung gem. FSSC 22000 V4_HACCP, - einer international anerkannten Norm, die Lebensmittelsicherheit gewährleisten.
Ausschlaggebend für die Klassifizierung ist gemäß ISO 3632-2/2003 das Safranal (Aromawert), das Picrocrocin (Geschmack) und das Crocin
(Farbe).
Dies wird ebenfalls von der SQTS (Swiss Quality Testing Services), ein akkreditiertes und international anerkanntes Labor gemäß ISO-Norm 3632 mit einem Prüfbericht bestätigt.
Die Produkte werden direkt auf den Feldern geerntet und im hygienischen Zustand in die jeweiligen Betriebsstätten mit kontrollierten Raumkonditionen befördert.
