Our products

Do your products contain alcohol?

No. The products do not contain alcohol.

How long do the products last?

All products have a best-before date. You can find the exact date directly on the packaging.

How should the products be stored?

Our sweets do not need to be refrigerated. Cool, dry storage is perfectly sufficient.

Does it contain any allergens?

Information on allergens such as nuts, pistachios, gluten or sesame can be found transparently on the respective product pages and on the packaging.

Are the products handmade?

Many of our products are handmade in our own bakery. We also offer a selection of products from other suppliers.

Order & Payment

How can I order?

All orders are placed through our online shop. Alternatively, you can contact our café by phone to request a pickup.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will automatically receive an order confirmation by email immediately after completing your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. Available options will be displayed at checkout.

Does payment have to be made before shipment?

Yes. Shipping will only take place after full payment has been received.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. You will automatically receive your invoice by email as a PDF.

Which shipping provider is used?

Shipping is exclusively via DHL.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.

On which days is shipping done?

Shipping takes place Monday to Friday.

Will I receive shipment tracking information?

Yes. After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link.

Can I return the products?

Returns of food items are not accepted. Exceptions are made for unopened products or damaged goods.

How do I file a complaint?

Please send us an email with a brief description and a photo of the affected product.

Is there a time limit for claims related to transport damage?

Yes. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
