Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 200 ml hot water (not boiling)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
- 150 ml milk

Mix the matcha
Place the matcha powder in a large mug. Pour on hot, but not boiling, water (ideally around 80°C). Whisk or frother until smooth and fine, ensuring no lumps remain. -
Sweeten & pour
Stir in agave syrup or maple syrup. Divide the matcha mixture evenly between two glasses. -
froth the milk
Heat the milk and froth it until creamy. Carefully pour the milk foam onto the matcha. -
Serve
Enjoy fresh, while the matcha is still warm and aromatic.
